We provide farm-raised living fish and fresh fish and processed fresh products from inside and outside Japan, while engaged in aquafarming business aiming to establish a brand. Major kinds of fish from inside Japan that we handle are those indispensable to your dining table, such as adult yellowtail, great amberjack, and sea bream, as well as farm-raised silver salmon that has been attracting attention as fish for sashimi (sliced raw fish) in these few years. We address commodification in accordance with customers’ needs through joint business with local producers.

Bonito & Tuna Product Group

From sashimi(sliced raw fish)to dried bonito

This group handles sashimi products represented by seared bonito, as well as dried-bonito products repre- sented by imported dried bonito. As for sashimi products, we mainly purchase frozen single-hook-fished bonitoes directly from fishermen, and process them into seared bonito or loins at subsidiary and partner factories with excellent sanitation with excellent sanitation before selling to mass merchants or the eating-out industry nationwide. Additionally, we handle frozen tuna, raw tuna and raw bonito, and import dried bonito from Indonesia. All of the dried bonito we handle, including domestically produced ones, to dried-bonito manufacturers nationwide.
